Yvonne Liang - Artist 

Artist bio

Currently based in Providence, RI, Yvonne Liang is a Chinese artist mainly working in the field of printmaking and book arts. She also actively practices book conservation, calligraphy and apparel coordination. She appreciates precise and delicate craftsmanship applied to personal aesthetics. Her recent work mostly focuses on self exploration, human complexities and anything that pleases the eyes and mind of wounded souls.

She will be graduating in Spring 2022 with a Printmaking BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has participated in exhibitions across the world, including Temple University Rome (Italy), UWC Atlantic College (Vale of Glamorgan, UK), Haixiang Plaza (Shenzhen, China), Shekou China Merchants Tower (Shenzhen, China) and RISD Library(Providence, USA). She has received Honorable Mention from the Baker and Whitehill Student Artist’s Book Contest for two consecutive years and held two solo exhibitions in Shenzhen, China.
